How Ayahuasca Showed Me I Was My Own Bully

“Everything that has urgency around it seems it’s just vestiges of old thought forms that aren’t ours – the industrial revolution, patriarchy, white supremacy – all just left over stuff that I don’t represent, that doesn’t have my best interest in mind, that I don’t want to have any part of.”

In this episode, we are joined by Kohenet Rachel Kann who shares how walking the medicine path isn’t all big, kaleidoscopic visions – and that sometimes, the most important lessons come from the simplest tasks of self-care.

Kohenet Rachel Kann is a devotional and award winning poet and ceremonialist. She was featured as an expert on Hebrew Shamanism at the 2021 Jewish Psychedelic Summit And completed an apprenticeship in medicine work in a Shipibo lineage. She leads Realize Paradise Creativity Workshops, Shabbat Soul Journeys and New Moon Union Rosh Chodesh Circles.

Join filmmaker and host Mareesa Stertz for a brief visit into other realms where guests share personal stories of illumination, healing, and transformation through their use of psychedelics. See more Adventure of the Psyche episodes here.
