Troy is a 25 year veteran of the effort to legalize cannabis and spent the last decade building the largest consortium of investors in the cannabis sector as cofounder of The Arcview Group. He also co-founded Students for Sensible Drug Policy and served as Director of Development at psychedelic research group MAPS.
