How Ayahuasca Helped Me Be a Better Father

“My mother’s own words were: ‘I want to say thank you to this plant for bringing my son back.’ And that created just so much emotion and gratitude in me. I hope that by me doing plant medicine and my mom doing plant medicine, we can start to change the perception of plant medicine, show people how these are natural substances, born of the planet, that are here to heal us, that these are not hallucinogenic drugs that are designed to make us trip out.”

In this episode of Adventures of the Psyche we are joined by Kash Khan who, after much rebellion stemming from a difficult Muslim childhood, shares how ayahuasca opened his eyes to the unconscious generational patterning that prevented him from being a good father and a good son.

Kash Khan is a conscious minded entrepreneur, father to three amazing sons, motivational speaker, podcast host and plant medicine advocate who over the years has built a conscious community called Educate Inspire Change which at its peak was reaching 10’s of millions of people each week with a social following of over 3.5 million people. His life is devoted to raising awareness about the healing powers of plant medicine, building community and guiding people towards their own healing journeys whilst helping them to align with their true purpose.

Join filmmaker and host Mareesa Stertz for a brief visit into other realms where guests share personal stories of illumination, healing, and transformation through their use of psychedelics. See more Adventure of the Psyche episodes here.
