Ryder Nicholas is a passionate industry professional and community organizer dedicated to helping organizations clarify and amplify their impact within the psychedelic landscape. She holds an undergraduate degree in Neuroscience and has researched altered states utilizing both empirical and theoretical approaches. A natural systems thinker with the ability to get granular, she enjoys deconstructing complex systems to refine and reimagine them anew. Ryder currently serves as Director of Partnerships for Thank You Life, a 501c3 organization that provides supplemental funds for legal psychedelic therapy to individuals and groups in the United States.
