Dr. Aviva Zohar is Board Certified in Addiction Medicine, Family Medicine and Preventative Medicine and has been working in the field of Substance Use Disorders for 17 years. Blending a balanced patient centered treatment model for alcohol & substance use disorders, anxiety, depression, PTSD and more, Dr Aviva offers clients personalized, evidence-based treatment strategies. Together, they work towards achieving mutually balanced goals for health and recovery offering ketamine assisted psychotherapy, talk therapy, and medication management. Dr Aviva has completed Ketamine training at The Ketamine Training Center, is MAPS trained and is a graduate of the CIIS program in Psychedelic-Assisted Therapy and Research.
